Trim an audio clip, raise or lower its volume, and change playback speed, then export the result as WAV. Runs locally in your browser.
This tool cuts a section out of an audio file and lets you adjust it before saving. Load an MP3, WAV, OGG, or AAC file (up to 50 MB), then use the start and end sliders to choose the part you want, in steps of a tenth of a second. Volume can be set from 50 to 400 percent, and speed from 0.5x to 2.5x. Use the play button to preview your selection with the current settings.
The result is exported as an uncompressed WAV file, and all decoding and processing happens in your browser. It is useful for making ringtones, clipping a quote from a recording, or making a quiet voice memo louder. Changing speed also shifts the pitch. High volume settings can cause clipping on already loud audio.
Always WAV (16-bit PCM). Files may be larger than the original MP3 or AAC because WAV is uncompressed.
Yes. Faster playback raises the pitch and slower playback lowers it. There is no separate pitch control.
No. The file is decoded and processed with your browser's audio engine and saved directly to your device.
Raising the volume past what the format can hold clips the loudest peaks. Lower the boost until the distortion disappears.
